تحترم ExpressWater Oman (ماء سريع عمان) خصوصيتك. توضّح هذه السياسة البيانات التي نجمعها عند استخدامك خدمة توصيل المياه عبر واتساب، وكيف نستخدمها ونحميها.

١. البيانات التي نجمعها

نجمع الحد الأدنى اللازم لتنفيذ طلبك:

رقم واتساب — لاستلام طلبك والتواصل معك بشأنه.
الاسم كما يظهر في حسابك على واتساب.
عنوان أو موقع التوصيل — سواء أرسلته كموقع أو كتبته نصًّا، لنتمكّن من إيصال الطلب.
تفاصيل الطلب — المنتجات والكميات والمبالغ وتاريخ الطلب.

لا نجمع بيانات بطاقات بنكية، ولا بيانات حسّاسة، ولا نتتبّع موقعك خارج نطاق الطلب.

٢. كيف نستخدم بياناتك

تنفيذ طلبك وتوصيله إلى العنوان الصحيح.
التواصل معك بشأن حالة الطلب والتأكيد والتسليم.
إدارة الاشتراكات الأسبوعية إن اخترتها.
تحسين خدمتنا وتحديد المناطق التي نتوسّع إليها.
إرسال عروض — فقط إذا وافقت على ذلك، ويمكنك إيقافها في أي وقت.

٣. مشاركة البيانات

لا نبيع بياناتك ولا نؤجّرها لأي طرف. نشاركها فقط في الحدود الضرورية:

سائق التوصيل — يرى اسمك وموقعك وطلبك لتنفيذ التسليم.
مزوّدو الخدمات التقنية (مثل WhatsApp/Meta و Google) الذين تمرّ عبرهم الرسائل وتُخزَّن فيهم بيانات الطلبات.
الجهات الرسمية إذا طُلب ذلك قانونًا.

٤. حفظ البيانات

نحتفظ ببيانات الطلبات طالما كانت لازمة لتشغيل الخدمة والوفاء بالمتطلبات المحاسبية والقانونية في سلطنة عُمان. بعد ذلك تُحذف أو تُجعل مجهولة الهوية.

٥. حقوقك — وكيف تحذف بياناتك

لطلب حذف بياناتك: أرسل رسالة على واتساب إلى +968 7744 3737 تحتوي كلمة «حذف بياناتي»، أو راسلنا على expresswateromn@gmail.com. سنحذف بياناتك الشخصية خلال ٣٠ يومًا، باستثناء ما يلزم الاحتفاظ به قانونيًا (مثل السجلات المحاسبية).

يحقّ لك أيضًا الاطلاع على بياناتك، أو تصحيحها، أو سحب موافقتك على الرسائل التسويقية في أي وقت.

٦. الأمان

نستخدم أنظمة موثوقة لحفظ البيانات، ونقصر الوصول إليها على من يحتاجها لتشغيل الخدمة. رسائل واتساب مشفّرة من طرف إلى طرف عبر منصّة واتساب.

٧. الأطفال

خدمتنا موجّهة للبالغين. لا نجمع بيانات عمدًا ممّن هم دون سنّ ١٨.

٨. التعديلات

قد نحدّث هذه السياسة، وسيظهر تاريخ آخر تحديث أعلى الصفحة.

ExpressWater Oman respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect when you use our WhatsApp water-delivery service, how we use it, and how we protect it.

1. Data we collect

WhatsApp number — to receive and process your order.
Name as shown on your WhatsApp profile.
Delivery location or address — shared as a pin or typed, so we can deliver.
Order details — products, quantities, amounts, and dates.

We do not collect bank card details or sensitive data, and we do not track your location outside of an order.

2. How we use it

To fulfil and deliver your order.
To communicate about order status, confirmation, and delivery.
To manage weekly subscriptions if you choose one.
To improve our service and decide where to expand.
To send offers — only with your consent, and you can opt out anytime.

3. Sharing

We never sell or rent your data. We share it only as needed: with our delivery driver (name, location, order), with technical providers (such as WhatsApp/Meta and Google) through which messages pass and order data is stored, and with authorities where legally required.

4. Retention

We keep order data as long as needed to operate the service and meet accounting and legal requirements in Oman, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

5. Your rights — and how to delete your data

To request deletion of your data: send a WhatsApp message to +968 7744 3737 containing the words "delete my data", or email expresswateromn@gmail.com. We will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are legally required to retain records (e.g. accounting).

You may also request access to your data, correct it, or withdraw consent for marketing messages at any time.

6. Security

We use trusted systems to store data and limit access to those who need it. WhatsApp messages are end-to-end encrypted by the WhatsApp platform.

7. Children

Our service is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

8. Changes

We may update this policy; the date at the top will reflect the latest version.
