Terms of Service

By using ExpressWater Oman via WhatsApp, you agree to these terms.

1. The service

We deliver bottled water to homes, offices, and events within our service area in Mabeela, Muscat. Orders are taken over WhatsApp.

2. Orders

• An order is confirmed only once you confirm it and we accept it.
• A valid delivery location or address is required; we cannot deliver without one.
• We may decline or cancel an order if stock is unavailable or the location is outside our delivery area.
• Minimum order value and delivery fees are shown to you before you confirm.

3. Prices and payment

• Prices are in Omani Rial and may change without notice; the price quoted to you at confirmation applies.
• Chilled water is available on request for an additional charge, shown to you in advance.
• Payment is on delivery unless otherwise agreed.

4. Delivery

• We aim to deliver promptly, but arrival times are estimates and may be affected by conditions.
• Someone must be available to receive the order. If delivery fails, we will try to contact you and may reschedule.

5. 5-gallon bottles and deposits

5-gallon bottles are returnable and supplied against a refundable deposit, refunded when the bottle is returned in good condition. Damaged or lost bottles are not refunded.

6. Subscriptions

You may subscribe to a recurring weekly order and can change or cancel it any time by WhatsApp before the delivery date.

7. Cancellation and refunds

• You may cancel free of charge before the order leaves for delivery.
• If you receive a wrong or damaged product, tell us immediately on WhatsApp and we will replace it or refund it.

8. Messages and offers

We always send messages relating to your order. Promotional messages are sent only to those who have opted in, and can be stopped at any time.

9. Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the order concerned. We are not liable for indirect losses. This does not affect your rights under the laws of Oman.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman.
